We only ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, we will provide you with an email that contains the tracking number and the delivery information when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a link to UPS which will provide you with all of the necessary information to track your order.

UrthBags offers international shipping through UPS Worldwide.
Please note our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply.
How do we determine what shipping costs will be?
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
- Weight and dimensions of package
- Method of shipment such as Ground, Next Day Air, etc.
- The location is shipping to (destination country or region)
Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what and where we will be shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Returns
We love our products and hope you do too. However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- All returns must be postmarked within
14 days from the date you received
your order
- Item(s) must be in unused condition
with all original tags attached.
- The original receipt and a Return Merchandise form must accompany
your return.
- Please contact customer service at info@urthbags.com to request an RMA Code.
Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment and do not include the cost of shipping.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, fill out the RMA form and contact customer service at admin.urthbags@gmail.com to request an RMA Code. In the event that the item you select is not available, we will contact you to explore other options.
Alternatively, you may email us to place an item on hold to ensure availability. Once we receive your return, we will release the hold and process your exchange.
All returns for exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you receive your order and must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.

To ensure that your return/exchange arrives safely, we highly recommend that you insure the package and utilize delivery tracking. Please note that UrthBags is not responsible for any returned items that are lost in the shipping transition.
Items bought in stores may not be returned to UrthBags.
Items bought online cannot be returned to any stores carrying UrthBags products. Items marked CLEARANCE or SALE are FINAL SALE.
